A man, still grieving the loss of his wife in the 9/11 attacks 10 years prior, feels his life is over and contemplates suicide on a vacation in Cancun with his friends. However, he becomes convinced that a sinister plot is unfolding around him, despite his friends dismissing his concerns. As he struggles with feelings of numbness and wide awake terror, he must confront the possibility that his own mortality may be the only reality that truly matters.
