A Korean War veteran and ex-POW, Alan Eaton, returns to the US and finds his business partner, Clark Baker, has died and their firm has been sold to Jim McGinnis. Despite initial resistance, Alan takes a job at the firm to investigate suspected poll manipulation and uncover the truth.
