Old outlaw-gang leader "Deuce" Rago returns in this film, posing as a cattle dealer while hijacking silver from nearby mines and staging holdups to pad the running time. Fuzzy Q. Jones, sidekick to U.S. Marshal Lash La Rue, joins forces with him without an invitation, thinking Lash is on a secret mission. However, Lash is working undercover, and Fuzzy's arrival threatens to upset his operation.

In this western film, outlaw Deuce Rago is released from prison and resumes his criminal activities with his gang. Lash, a lawman, teams up with Lawyer Leonard and Joan to take down Rago once more, and Lash and his partner Fuzzy must apprehend the outlaw.
