A group of construction workers, led by the fiery Frank Doran, take the law into their own hands to track down the perpetrator of a brutal assault on a 15-year-old girl at their camp.

A 15-year-old girl is sexually assaulted at a construction camp, leading a group of workers, led by the hot-headed Frank Doran, to form a vigilante group to find the attacker. However, they mistakenly target innocent Puerto Rican man Raphael Infante, and only one man, Alec Beggs, dares to challenge the mob's actions.
