A magical resurrection brings Vincent Van Gogh back to life, dropping him into the midst of the Rose Bowl Parade. Initially, no one recognizes the famous artist, who's shocked to discover his newfound fame. He embarks on a mission to reclaim his stolen paintings, pursued by a detective. Along the way, he befriends a lawyer and a young artist who eventually come to believe his identity claims.
