Naomi, a young woman from South Central LA, is invited to house sit in Palm Springs for the weekend. She decides to bring three of her friends, Neeci, Brittany, and Alicia, for a Slumber Party. However, their fun is disrupted by Rufus, a neighbor who becomes obsessed with joining their "Bad Girl Party." He teams up with Gary and Cary, infamous twins from South Central, and they plot to infiltrate the party, which has a strict "no boys allowed" policy.
