In 1986, Carlo Petrini founded the ArciGola Gastronomic Association in Italy, and three years later, he launched Slow Food in Paris as an international anti-fast-food movement. The movement has since grown into a global revolution, spreading to over 150 countries, and has become an ambassador for rethinking the way we approach food.
