A young man named Fito is on the verge of achieving his dream of getting an Erasmus scholarship to improve his English in England. However, his plans are put on hold when his father asks him to retrieve a renovated rotisserie truck that looks like a roasted chicken. Meanwhile, his friend Toño is vying for a job at a musical magazine, but faces stiff competition from the owner's son, Oliver. Toño's chance at the job depends on getting a crucial photo and interview report, and he gets an idea after watching a TV special on the Cactus Festival, where a renowned rock band will be performing. Slam, the band's lead singer, is notoriously difficult to interview, but getting an exclusive interview could secure Toño the job. The problem is, Toño is too broke to afford a train ticket to the festival, but he sees an opportunity in the rolling roasted chicken truck.
