In the frozen tundra of Antarctica, a team of geologists stumbles upon a preserved Nazi laboratory, where sinister experiments had taken place. The Nazis had engineered flying sharks, ridden by genetically altered, undead super-humans, with the goal of global domination. To counter this threat, a special task force, "Dead Flesh Four", consisting of reanimated US soldiers who fell in Vietnam, is assembled to prevent global catastrophe.
