A group of cattle thieves repeatedly targets cattle drives in the Hagerstown area, demanding 50 cents on the dollar for their stolen cattle. To put an end to this lawlessness, U.S. Marshal Stormy sets out to capture the outlaws and recover the stolen livestock, starting with a patrol of cattlemen who fiercely defend their herd against the thieves' attempts to steal it.
