In 1941, a coded message from a Japanese carrier ship off the coast of the Philippines reaches a group of Nazi spies in the Philippines. The message warns of an impending attack on Pearl Harbor. Meanwhile, three American soldiers, Steve "Lucky" Smith, Bruce Gordon, and Portly Porter, get caught up in a series of misadventures involving a beautiful woman named Marcia and a contraband radio. As tensions rise, the soldiers discover the spy's plan and must work together to stop them.
