Crooked banker Jim Kelton schemes to take control of the ranches by having his henchmen, led by Spike Allen, steal the cattle and disrupt the ranchers' operations.

Crooked banker Jim Kelton plots to foreclose on the ranches he holds mortgages on by raiding them and stampeding the cattle, while U.S. Marshal Wild Bill Hickok arrives to enforce the law, initially clashing with Tex Terrell, but eventually joins forces with him to take down Kelton and his gang.
