Henry Primo, a 16-year-old desperate for acceptance, invites everyone to his birthday party, unknowingly including a troubled individual who spikes his drink with narcotics. The next morning, Henry wakes up to find seven classmates dead and is arrested for the crime. He's institutionalized for 15 years, but his parents eventually secure his release and construct a special cell for him in their home. However, Henry has undergone significant changes, communicating only through writing and possessing extraordinary abilities, including telepathy, clairvoyance, and the ability to read minds.
