A fearless god of a man in his 55th year, Kailasam, has a life filled with challenges. His son refuses to speak to him, he has a list of chronic diseases, and his once grand house is in disrepair. Despite his struggles, he finds joy in small pleasures, like eating Orange candies, which he knows are bad for his health. Kailasam's daily routine is a 3-hour round trip to the hospital, where he meets Satya, a paramedic still grieving the loss of his father. As they journey together, Kailasam reminds Satya of his own father, and he begins to question the universe's plan. The old man's presence sparks a journey of self-discovery, where the destination becomes the journey itself.
