Mr. Bean takes an exam, but things don't go as planned. He sits next to a student who has studied calculus, and Bean thinks the exam is about calculus too. When he opens the envelope, he finds a calculus paper and starts to panic. He tries to cheat and copy the other student's work, but it doesn't work out. Eventually, he gives up and sleeps for the rest of the exam. When the invigilator gives instructions on what to do with the papers, Bean realizes there were two papers in the envelope - one for calculus and one for trigonometry. He takes out the trigonometry paper, but his pen has run out of ink. He steals the other student's pen, but the exam is already over. Despite this, Bean continues to write until the invigilator yells at him to stop.
