Mighty Jack, a crime-fighting organization, is formed to take down the criminal syndicate Q, and is equipped with advanced weapons, including a high-tech submarine. When Harold Hatari is kidnapped by Q, Mighty Jack springs into action to rescue him. After a thrilling rescue mission, Q's sinister plans are revealed, including the use of "hot ice" to create weapons and a secret underwater base disguised as an iceberg. Q then launches a daring attack on the Mighty Jack submarine.
