Macho Callahan, a Confederate soldier, escapes from Camp Hawks during the American Civil War and sets out to exact revenge on the person who imprisoned him. But a group of bounty hunters is hot on his trail, and a mistaken killing leads him to cross paths with a vengeful widow.

A former Confederate soldier, Macho Callahan, escapes from prison and seeks revenge against the man who forced him to join the army. However, his quest for vengeance is disrupted when he kills a man in a minor altercation, only to be pursued by the man's vengeful widow.
