Lupin targets a set of unique photographic plates, key to an ancient Edo period treasure. The plates are owned by Michael Suzuki, a millionaire opening a Tokyo water park. Two of his partners face challenges: Jigen struggles with a toothache affecting his aim, and Goemon's prized sword is stolen, now in Suzuki's collection. Meanwhile, Inspector Zenigata must handle Maria, a journalist reporting on Lupin, while hiding Suzuki's dark past and uncovering secrets within the plates.
