A group of Canadian townspeople, faced with the prospect of the Alaskan Highway bypassing their town, band together to construct a connecting road, aiming to increase the transportation of tungsten from their local mines.

In the small Canadian town of Moose Horn, the residents band together to build a connecting road to transport tungsten from their mines. However, George Bradley, a mine owner, has ulterior motives and delays construction to gain control of the mines for himself.
