A Malayali woman, Aswathi, is forced to leave her home in Kerala to work in Saudi Arabia due to financial struggles after her husband's untimely death. She is brought to the country by her childhood friend Usman, who works as a chauffeur for an Arab family. Initially, Aswathi is shocked by the country's strict culture and is forced to wear a burqa. She is taken under the sponsorship of a wealthy family and works as a maid alongside an Indonesian woman. However, she faces numerous challenges, including sexual abuse and battery, and is eventually tortured as punishment for helping the other maid escape. Aswathi eventually manages to escape the villa by jumping over the walls and begins a journey to leave Saudi Arabia.
