German agents attempt to incite African jungle tribes to revolt against the British. American agents Bob Elliott and Chuck Kelly arrive to help the British, and are aided by mysterious jungle queen Lothel and Pamela Courtney, niece of explorer Alan Courtney.

In the midst of World War II, the Nazi regime dispatches operatives to the African jungle, where they orchestrate a campaign to incite the Tongghili tribes against the British forces.
