Iolanthe

In a past that spans 25 years, a fairy named Iolanthe defies the laws of her kind by falling in love with the Lord Chancellor, a powerful human. As a result, Iolanthe is sentenced to death, but the Queen of the Fairies intervenes, sparing her life by banishing her from the fairy realm.

In this whimsical tale, a fairy named Iolanthe defies fairy law by falling in love with the Lord Chancellor, earning her banishment instead of death. Her son, Strephon, is born with both fairy and mortal blood, and falls for Phyllis, a ward in chancery who has captured the hearts of the House of Lords and the Lord Chancellor. Despite the Lord Chancellor's ban, Strephon and Phyllis's love is put to the test when the Fairy Queen pardons Iolanthe and offers her son protection, leading to a chaotic and comedic chain of events.
