A timeshare salesman at a Croatian resort, Mladen, is dealing with the consequences of his affair with his colleague Sonja, who is married to the chief sales manager. Meanwhile, a Bosnian war veteran, Omer, becomes his toughest client, and things take a turn for the worse when Omer's young son falls from the hotel's balcony and is hospitalized. As the potential buyers are left in a grim mood, Mladen is blackmailed into continuing the sales at the hospital, where Omer and his wife wait anxiously for their son's operation.
