In this movie, a rebellious teenager runs away from his San Francisco home to join a mesmerizing LSD guru's cult in Spain, abandoning his life and embracing a counterculture lifestyle. As he becomes more entrenched in the group, he becomes embroiled in a sinister plot involving murder.

In Spain, a group of American young adults live under the leadership of a drug dealer, who manipulates them into a life of crime through drugs. The film, shot mostly in black and white, features a psychedelic color sequence depicting the effects of LSD.
