Gang leader Dutch Malone is injured in a car accident and hospitalized, unaware that his gang members are unaware of his condition. Meanwhile, District Attorney Brady enlists the help of taxidermist Peter Winkly, who bears a striking resemblance to Malone, to impersonate the gang leader and take control of the gang.
