Funeral Parade of Roses

In Tokyo, a gay bar owner Gonda balances his illegal drug dealings with his relationship with his transvestite partner Leda, the lead performer at the Genet bar. He also becomes involved with a younger and more modern transvestite named Eddie, who is struggling with her past and feeling unappreciated by her mother. Gonda promises to make Eddie the new madam of the bar, but Leda suspects his intentions. Meanwhile, Eddie's friend, a filmmaker, is making a movie that mirrors the story of the bar and its patrons, blurring the lines between fiction and reality.
