A young Black maid has been working for a white family for many years, but announces her plan to return to school and leave her position soon. The family's 20-year-old son, believing she needs a distraction from her goals, sets out to find a man to wine and dine her, without intending for him to marry her. However, the man he selects doesn't entirely go along with his plan.
