Professor Polonium and her sidekick Dr Crumpton steal a super battery, causing a series of accidents in the village. The professor then becomes known as Flying-Man, and Norman becomes obsessed with getting a flying suit like hers. Norman and Atomic Boy uncover the professor's lair and Norman becomes the new Norman-Man, flying all over the village. However, Professor Polonium demands the suit back, threatening to destroy the village if Norman-Man doesn't comply. The untested suit malfunctions, causing fires throughout the village, and the firefighters must work to save the day.
