Exodus

The movie tells the story of Israel's founding, starting with a ship carrying Jewish immigrants being forced to disembark in Cyprus. An intelligence officer helps the passengers regain their vessel, only to find the harbor blocked by the British, prompting a tense negotiation. The film then shifts to Israel, where independence is declared and the country faces attacks from its neighbors.
