In a small village, two teenagers, Tamari and Itai, struggle to survive after their parents' death, as their uncle takes away their only means of feeding themselves. While their neighbors are too preoccupied to notice, Itai sets out for Harare, leaving Tamari to care for their younger siblings. However, the neighbors eventually come together to support the children, offering a glimmer of hope.
