A British prison comedy film, inspired by the popular TV series, follows Fletcher, a seasoned Slade prison inmate, as he's tasked by Grouty to organize a charity football match between prisoners and a celebrity team. Unbeknownst to Fletcher, the game is a ruse to facilitate an escape, and he and his cellmate Lennie find themselves caught up in the scheme, eventually having to re-enter the prison to avoid punishment.
