In the comedy film, the Stooges mistakenly sell "Brighto" as cleaning fluid, causing chaos by ruining a police uniform and a new car. However, they soon discover that Brighto is actually a medicine. The trio's sales pitch takes them to a hospital, where they get into more trouble and must flee on the run after the hospital's director turns out to be the owner of the car they damaged.
