Twelve jurors are tasked with deliberating the fate of individuals who kidnapped three pregnant women from abortion clinics, holding them for seven months to prevent abortions. The kidnappers had videotaped the entire ordeal. However, as the jurors watch the footage, they discover that only one woman was actually kidnapped, while the others were in on the conspiracy. The lone holdout juror argues that no crime was committed, as the kidnappers preserved the life of the unborn child. The other jurors believe the law is clear-cut, but the lone juror raises questions about the morality of convicting those who prevented an abortion.
