Fine, an acting student, has a unique talent for performing, but lacks confidence to shine on stage. At night, she expresses herself through song, dance, and acting, but struggles to do so in her acting school. When renowned director Kasper Friedemann offers her a role, she impresses him with her acting skills and vulnerability, which aligns with his vision for the main character, Camille. As Fine takes on the role, she becomes more feminine and self-aware, but also loses her strengths and becomes increasingly fragile and self-destructive.
