Border Fence background

Border Fence

Filmed in the San Antonio area by Gulf Coast Productions, this movie is one of the few regional films to gain traction outside of Texas and the southeastern United States.

A low-budget B-western film, shot in San Antonio, was released outside of its typical territory in the southeastern US. Despite its poor acting, writing, and direction, it may have been shown due to a lack of other films to distribute. The movie follows Steve Patterson, a rancher who is paroled for his friend Drago, who has turned to rustling. Steve's friend Walt Hilton's cattle are stolen, and the trail leads back to Steve, who is caught up in the rustling activities of Drago and his henchman.
