Tim Ross, a former Justice Department agent, joins a medicine show as a sharpshooter and becomes embroiled in a bank robbery investigation after his friend Tex is murdered. Tim re-joins the federal service and vows to avenge Tex's death, leading him to disguise himself as a Mexican caballero and team up with Tex's girlfriend Goldie to uncover the truth behind the crime.
