Mickey, Goofy, and Donald attempt to build a boat from a kit, but their efforts are hindered by the project's supposedly simple instructions. Despite their struggles, they eventually complete the Queen Minnie and prepare to launch it, only to be foiled once again by the boat's collapsible parts.
