Sean, a former MMA champion, has hit rock bottom after squandering his savings, losing his family, and losing his self-respect. He's now a regular at his ex-wife Sherry's father's bar, where she's working to make a living. After starting a brawl at the bar, Sean is offered a chance to join the Blood Circus, a mysterious and brutal fight club, where he can win big money by fighting MMA-style. However, the club's one rule is kill or be killed, and Sean soon finds himself blackmailed by the club's ringleader, Santos, who threatens to disclose footage of Sean's "murders" to the web unless he continues to fight. When Santos kidnaps Sean's son Mikey, Sean must rescue his son and save himself from the Blood Circus's deadly games.
