Navy SEAL Rod Armstrong, now a freelance trainer in Moscow, is unexpectedly visited by his former trainer, Bob, who brings his wife Susan, also a former SEAL. Bob has a mission from the President to stop a Russian military base from selling missiles with nuclear warheads on the black market. However, Bob is murdered, and Armstrong, Susan, and a Russian soldier must work together to bring the perpetrators to justice.
