Al Capone, a small-time hood, arrives in Chicago at the start of Prohibition to serve as bodyguard to racketeer Johnny Torrio. He rises to power through a series of crimes, including murder, extortion, and political corruption, eventually becoming the head of Chicago's largest criminal organization. However, his success is short-lived, and he ultimately succumbs to his own downfall and ignominious end.
