A group of Marines, led by a Colonel, are ordered to rescue hostages from a village. However, they arrive to find the hostages dead, leading to a brutal massacre. The Colonel is later court-martialed, but his men are cleared of all wrongdoing. Enraged, the Colonel and his men stage a daring prison break. Later, the Colonel and his men hijack a plane, taking the General, who had presided over his trial, as a hostage. As the plane is diverted, a government agent boards the plane, only to be killed by the Colonel and his men. The agent's leader, who feigned death, must now work with a flight attendant to stop the Colonel and his men before it's too late.
