When a group of ogres drive the humans out of the woods, Cavin, a young page, is left behind. He's found by the Gummi Bears, who are drawn to a special medallion around his neck. As they learn Cavin is a friend, they join forces to thwart Duke Igthorn's plans to attack King Gregor's castle.

Duke Igthorn plots to invade King Gregor's castle, leaving Cavin, a castle page, lost in the woods after the ogres chase away the Humans. The Gummi Bears stumble upon Cavin, unconscious in the woods, wearing a Great Gummi Medallion.
