In the summer of 1967, three 17-year-old girls living in La Goulette, Tunisia, are determined to lose their virginity, despite their families' objections. Gigi, Sicilian and Catholic, Meriem, Tunisian and Arab, and Tina, French and Jewish, must navigate their desires while facing opposition from their fathers, old friends who are struggling to maintain their relationships. Meanwhile, a wealthy Arab man named Hadj is seeking to marry Meriem, further complicating the situation.
