A young woman, Anita Ragusa, rushes to deliver a dress to a customer for a costume ball, only to have the demanding client initially reject the design. However, the customer agrees to let Anita model the dress herself to decide whether to keep it.

In this movie, Anita, the daughter of a costume company owner, rushes to deliver a dress to a customer, who is initially unimpressed with the design. However, the customer agrees to let Anita model the dress, and later, a drunk partygoer named Charlie stumbles upon her singing behind a door and invites her to join the party.
