In this movie, a young American named James Wallace finds himself in Mexico, working for an organ trafficking ring. He initially enjoys the freedom and anonymity, but things change when he meets Rosalita, a beautiful prostitute at an amateur lucha libre. As he falls for her, James decides he wants out of the ring and wants to take Rosalita with him. However, the ring's leader, Carlos Melgarejos, sees this as a personal betrayal and will stop at nothing to keep James from leaving.
