A Fable

A family of African American descent, formed by the ex-wife and children of a black radical, takes a surprising turn when they welcome a white man into their lives. However, this new harmony is short-lived as the radical's past comes back to haunt them in a shocking and violent confrontation.

A drama that exposes the devastating consequences of racism in America, highlighting the harm inflicted by both white and black individuals. The story, adapted from LeRoi Jones' play Slaves, follows a black revolutionary leader, played by Al Freeman Jr., who returns to exact revenge on his ex-wife and daughters for their perceived betrayal. The intense drama unfolds in the living room of his wife's home, where characters remain entrenched in their beliefs, particularly the leader's unyielding views.
