Leyre, a divorced mother from Bilbao, attempts to start a new life by opening a cupcake shop. However, her plans are derailed when her teenage son Asier kills his father, a corrupt CEO, during a visit. Leyre hides the body and creates a false alibi with a taxi driver, but her efforts are complicated by the investigation into her ex-husband's disappearance. As the police search for evidence, Leyre must balance her own desires with the need to protect her son and her business from the corrupt CEO's associates. Meanwhile, her son's best friend Julen becomes infatuated with her, and her mother and caregiver move in, adding to the chaos.
