Undercover cop Jack Williams is struggling with personal issues after his wife leaves him and takes their child. He's sent to infiltrate a violent gang of demons known as the Breed, who are taking over the streets with their new drug, Rapture. When Jack's daughter Amy is kidnapped by the Breed, he must team up with his partner Steve to rescue her and the young Anti-Christ child before it's too late. They embark on a perilous journey through hell to reach the last church in New York, where they hope to perform a baptism ritual to save the child.
