In a small town near Naples, siblings Antonio, Peppino, and Lucia live a peaceful life. However, their nephew Gianni's life takes a dramatic turn when he falls in love with a ballet dancer in Naples and decides to follow her to Milan to be with her. Worried that Gianni's studies will suffer, Antonio and Peppino embark on a journey to Milan to convince him to leave the "Malafemmina" and return to his studies in Naples.
