A fast-talking hustler is offered a deal by a mysterious man: transfer his spirit to an ailing Santa's body for three weeks in exchange for a million dollars. The hustler takes the deal, but as he observes Santa's selfless actions, he begins to question the true meaning of Christmas and starts to feel a sense of redemption. As he navigates his new life as Santa, he meets a woman and must confront his greedy friends, ultimately finding the real meaning of Christmas.
